James has over 20 years experience in the catering industry and has spent much of his time as a chef. He has worked in A la Carte restaurants in Australia and Europe, ran lodges and accommodation venues and ran catering businesses in Melbourne, Australia.
He prides himself on attention to detail and creating high quality menu’s for you to enjoy.
James has an incredible eye for detail and logistics and will ensure your catering is prepared considering all aspects of quality, speed and service.

Chief Jam Goodness Spreader (Event Logistics & Sales)
Melissa will be your first point of contact as you work out your catering and event planning. She enjoys looking after our clients and making the process of booking and organising your events as easy and seamless as possible. She has worked in events, sales, ran five star lodges and looks after the marketing side of the business.
