OUR STORY

We began with a humble goal: provide good food to bring people together. That simple goal turned into a incredible journey from owning our own venue, to building Spitroast Auckland, along with our more high end Toast Catering platform.

We are now the proud owners of the entire Toast Group and host catering for some of the leading venues in and around Auckland. From Eventfinda Stadium to our regular corporate clients, we have brought people together to enjoy our top quality catering.

James has over 20 years experience in the catering industry and has spent much of his time as a chef. He has worked in A la Carte restaurants in Australia and Europe, ran lodges and accommodation venues and ran catering businesses in Melbourne, Australia.

He prides himself on creating delicious meals with high quality standards.

James has an incredible eye for detail and logistics and will ensure your catering is prepared considering all aspects of quality, speed and service.

Melissa brings all the good jammin’ into Toast Catering. She handles the sales & marketing for the company and organises all the components from staffing to timings for your event.

She will guide you on the best menu options for your event and provide that inside knowledge to really tailor to your location and budget.
